The mood
After the week long Golden Week and Mid-Autumn festival holiday that celebrate seasonal transitions, we welcomed a whole page of new joiners to Inner Chapter; and with that introduced new energy and enriched our diversity of thought. The reorientation that new talent brings to the team has been a constant epiphany over the years. Often it's easy to think of the past/ present as a perfect gestalt, but each iteration of the team only strengthens it by questioning the status quo and introducing new perspectives. At least, most of the time - we also found out we now have two people with the same name and the same birthday.
The work
We led fragrance immersions for a luxury brand, spent time in Seoul exploring street fashion, and helped a client launch a new experiential retail destination in Shanghai.
