The mood

Organisational uncertainty in 2023 has left many clients struggling to forecast demand; whether that's anticipating customer spend, allocating internal budgets for innovation, or feeling confident enough about the near term to invest for growth. The summer period on the road was busier than expected for us, so beyond the work September was about taking some time to socialise and celebrate together as Inner Chapter turned 6 years old.

The work

We led ethnography to explore the changing meaning of play, kicked off a worldwide nightlife study, and partnered with an iconic subculture brand on global retail experiences.
